Anti-imperialist Collective – program

Imperialism, which is imposing hunger and misery on the peoples of the world, is sinking. Everywhere it’s violating the rights of the people and stirring up wars between the imperialists and in their struggle to loot the oppressed nations. The peoples want better life, but imperialism means all-encompassing reaction. The road to liberation for the majority of humanity, the workers and the peasants, can only be opened through the ruins of imperialism. Therefore the peoples struggle, and go ever more into the struggle. The persistent resistance of the Palestinian people with its enormous sacrifices illuminates the struggle of all the oppressed, and cries for anti-imperialists to unite. The struggle against the whole imperialist world system is one common struggle, and we are part of it.

1. We oppose all imperialists and the reaction.

The main enemy of the world’s peoples is Yankee imperialism, which extends its rule and exploitation everywhere in the world. In addition to that, there are a number of other imperialist powers, big – the nuclear superpower Russia, Germany which dominates the EU, Japan, France, China – and small ones, such as the Netherlands, Switzerland or Finland. Constantly paying attention to that Finland is an imperialist country, is absolutely mandatory for every anti-imperialist working on its soil.

As part of the anti-imperialist struggle is the struggle against the different aspects of imperialism; the struggle against the supremacy of the monopolies, against militarism, colonialism, racism, patriarchy, fascism and the destruction of nature. We defend and uphold the rights of the people – the right of nations to self-determination; the right of the liberation movements to choose their methods of struggle by themselves; the right of the people everywhere to get organized, to assembly and expression of opinion; the rights of political prisoners and the prisoner of war status for all anti-imperialist combatants.

2. We support all anti-imperialist struggles.

We support all struggle against imperialism waged by the oppressed nations and peoples at all its stages of development, including and without hesitation also all anti-imperialist armed struggle. In accordance with this principle, we support especially the heroic struggle of the Palestinian resistance against Zionism and Yankee imperialism as well as all current and coming people’s wars. Therefore we also reject all trickery and the systematic lying of the reaction, by which it’s striven brand the justified struggles of the peoples as “terrorism”. The imperialists with their lackeys are the greatest source of horror and terror, and their obscene accusations only deserves our righteous scorn.

3. We support and strive to advance the greatest possible unity against imperialism locally, nationally and on the international level.

We strive to principled unity with all anti-imperialists everywhere. We support the initiative to construct the Anti-imperialist League.
